I have no clue

It's puzzling to me how fast my emotions can change from day to day, hour to hour or even minute by minute. Is there something wrong with me? Does anyone else feel like I do? I feel embarrassed and confused. Confused more then anything. Today I am confused as to what I want, need, or even my place here on earth. Where do I fit in? Why can't I feel "normal" and what is "normal"? very, very, sad, lonely and confused today :(

I am in awe of how tuned in to yourself you are. Sometimes we can't even get to that point where we can say "I feel confused". Sounds like you know what's going on for you, even if it means you're just aware that you don't know what you need right now. That's a BIG HUGE step in the right direction, in my opinion! Thinking of you and so grateful for the journey you're taking with yourself :)

And yes, my feelings fluctuate constantly. They change as my needs change. And my needs change hourly and by the minute. This world we live in is in a constant state of change. Everything evolves, the earth is always moving, changing, the seasons cycling from one to the next, the day to night and back to day, birth, death, rebirth is all around us all the time....

I think as long as we accept that life is never "static" or meant to stay the same, and neither are we, we might find it a little easier to feel like part of this place, like we belong.

But despite how natural it is, I hear you loud and clear on how challenging it is to live in such a state of changing needs and feelings all the time!

Krista is so right. It takes a brave person to acknowlege how they feel. You are so in tune wtih your emotions and the person you are and that will help you get to the person you want to be. Nothing wrong with emotions that are up and down. You are so beautiful and after what you have been through in your life you have every right to feel every single feeling you experience. This time is for you now!!!
